Isuzu Truck Keyless Entry Systems

Keyless entry for Isuzu trucks is a highly convenient accessory that lets you start your engine without getting inside your vehicle. With a simple key fob, you can lock all cabin doors, get an EV powertrain started, or honk your horns to remind you where you parked in a large truck lot. But, it’s not an automatically included feature for all Isuzu commercial trucks. So, if you have it, how do you use it best?

At Nimnicht Isuzu Trucks, our mechanics can set up your remote keyless entry and tell you all about your specific model. However, here’s a primer on what you can expect – and what you can do for your business yourself.

That means that if you have your eyes set on an Isuzu FTR, keyless entry is available as an add-on with additional installation.

However, as of 2026, Isuzu N-Series keyless entry got an upgrade: the N-Series Diesel and N-Series EV come with this feature standard. And in the case of the N-Series EV, you get the enhanced features (like engine warm-up and emergency honking and flashing for easy locating) that come with some versions of the keyless entry system.
